ALERT: Stop Smoking Service Training event - Southampton City pharmacies only

To be able to deliver the service in your pharmacy you must have attended a Southampton training event in the last 2 years
With the service being renewed through pharmacy from 1st April 2020, Southampton City Council are running a training event for staff wanting to provide the funded stop smoking service in their pharmacy.
Both face to face training and the online National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training (NCSCT) course need to be completed. To support pharmacies in achieving this there is an initial set up payment for pharmacies of £270 (used to cover the purchase cost of a smokerlyzer and face to face training) as well as payment for up to 7hrs of time to complete the NCSCT online training course.
There are 15 places available.
