Access Needs for Vaccinations NHSE Survey

For GP and Pharmacy teams that deliver vaccinations
Vaccination Digital Services is currently conducting a 5-10 minute survey to learn about patients’ access needs (such as wheelchair access).
They are asking, for example, if it is clear what each access need would require from the provider, if providers support them, and if providers need to know about them in advance.
The research team will use this information to clarify wording, determine which access needs to include in the vaccination booking system, and whether to notify providers about a patient's access needs.
Survey closes on 12 June 2026.
