Staff Listening Session – Inclusive leadership, of self and of others: Impact and Intent

Tues 28 Feb: 2-3pm

The fifth staff listening session will explore inclusive leadership. The session is completely confidential and delivered by trusted partner Inclusion Included. Everyone is welcome - share your views!

Allyship Training: Train the Trainer

Allyship training prepares employees to better support, collaborate with and advocate for people
from diverse groups inside and outside of the workplace. We know that the right policies alone
cannot shift workplace culture. Therefore, it’s vital that our staff become part of the cause and
that’s where allyship comes in. this programme aims to develop an Allyship Train the Trainer
programme for the system.

Participation in this programme will create, develop and equip trainers in the system to cascade
training.

Each course will be a 2 hour session via MS Teams

  • 2 March 2023 from 9:30am to 11:30am
  • 20 April 2023 from 9:30am to 11:30am
  • 11 May 2023 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm
  • 15 June 2023 from 9:30am to 11:30am
  • 13 July 2023 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm
  • 17 August 2023 from 9:30am to 11:30am
